I've just finished up giving a 'quick', 'superficial' check to your drawings, and though I think that they're all 'relatively-well-age-rated-and-labelled', I think that the one called 'Yui & Aya' should be marked as 'A' rated content, as it contains 'nudity' (I know that they are just there 'topless', showing their 'chests', without doing anything 'explicitdly NSFW', but that still does count as nudity, in any case...)
So, yes, answering to your first question, I think that you've definitely 'overstepped' in that aspect and you should change it before someone else on the 'Newgrounds Staff Team' decides to do it by itself (allow me to note that I'm not part of the 'Staff Team', by the way. I'm just a very active user who tries to help as far as possible :3)
Okay, now, asking to your other questions;
-No, 'cleavage' doesn't necessarily have to count as 'nudity'... as long as the character (or the characters that have it) are 'fully-clothed'. However, it does possibly count as 'sexualized character/characters' condition, so, you should mark a drawing with that kind of content with the 'M' rated content label, in that case.
-Female characters showing their 'nipples' will very probably count as 'nudity' under the 'gaze' of the 'NG community' and the 'Moderation Team', so... yes. You should probably mark it as 'A' rated content. Now, on the other hand (as far as I'm aware, though), men showing their 'nipples' doesn't count as nudity. What would count as nudity for a drawing that would involve male character/characters is their 'exhibition' without any kind of clothes. Asides from that, no. Men showing their nipples doesn't have to necessarily count as 'nudity'.

Haha, thank you! It was one of the first things I did for the art specifically, though I admit I'm still not fully sure I understand it to a T even when I read it over again. Do you think I've overstepped and should put Adult rating on some?
Cause honestly with the Fluffy Tails and Yui & Aya drawings I felt like it might've been better to, but I wanted to trust the system already set in place and see if it was an issue or not since they said if the rating gets changed it's no issue.
I hope that makes sense, since for me it's always a learning process on each website.
Like obviously if I was posting a full heccin... EGGPLANT I know that's adult rated, but what about cleavage? Is that nudity? Are nipples nudity? What about guy nipples?
It's just that kinda thing. Once I get a good feel for it it'll be fine though. :>
